Released PHPillow 0.4-alpha

  PHPillow just got a new release and a new website..

PHPillow, the PHP CouchDB__ client, has been released in version 0.4-alpha,
with only one, but important, change::

	- Implemented #5: Add support for username/password

Till__ provided the patch for this feature, and it is important enough to
justify a new release. Additionally the website of PHPillow has moved. Since it
is an arbit__ sub-project it has moved from this website, to the a dedicated
`arbit project page`__.

Future release announcements will therefore only be here in the `arbit
development blog`__.
